Welcome to Caring Transitions of La Crosse

Hello, I’m Erin Swoboda, the owner of Caring Transitions Coulee Region also known as Caring Transitions of La Crosse. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and nearly 2 years working with clients in the Chippewa Valley, I've always been driven by a deep desire to help others. That passion is at the heart of everything I do. My journey with this company began when my husband, Greg, and I met a neighbor in who needed to transition quickly out of her home. Seeing how overwhelming the process was for her family, I realized the importance of a service that could ease these types of transitions. That experience, combined with my commitment to serving my community, led me to take over the Chippewa Valley branch, which already had a great reputation established by its previous owners. Now, I am stepping in to provide the same great services in La Crosse and the Coulee region.

Family is a central part of my life. Greg, who works in the real estate industry, and I are proud parents to our two children. Even though Greg’s career is in real estate, there’s no conflict in how Caring Transitions operates alongside other realtors. My focus is on providing compassionate, stress-free transitions for families, ensuring that their needs are met without disrupting the real estate process. I strive to make life transitions as smooth as possible, helping clients move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
